Financial Analyst Team Finals: Two judges are needed at the Sheraton Hotel on Saturday, March 3rd at 7:00 a.m. for a complimentary breakfast in the Press Club, 2nd floor. After an orientation by the contest administrator, they will judge the final round from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Judges must commit to the entire block of time.
Contest description: The teams were given reports from a business case study and one hour to use their analytical and problem-solving skills to make decisions and recommendations using financial reports, both internal and external. This round of competition is composed of the those teams with the highest scores from the preliminary round. The teams will present their reports to the panel of judges. The winning candidates will represent Texas in April at the national Business Professionals of America competition in Chicago, Illinois.
