Secondary Broadcast News Production Team Finals: Two judges are needed at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel on Saturday, March 3rd at 7:00 a.m. for a complimentary breakfast in the Press Club, 2nd floor, and judge the final round from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Judges must commit to the entire block of time.
Contest description: A team will create a three to five minute news broadcast with at least two different segments (news stories). The team will also create a 15-20 second sound bite/intro for the broadcast.This round of competition is composed of the top candidates from the preliminary round. The winning candidates will represent Texas in April at the national Business Professionals of America competition in Chicago, Illinois.
