Administrative Support Research Project Individual Finals: Two judges are needed at the Sheraton Hotel on Saturday, March 3rd at 7:00 a.m. for a complimentary breakfast in the Press Club, 2nd floor. After an orientation by the contest administrator, they will judge the final round of contestants from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Judges must commit to the entire block of time.
Contest description: One administrative support topic is selected by National Business Professionals of America and provided at the beginning of the school year. The student will conduct research on the topic and present findings in a research paper, an oral presentation, and respond to questions from a panel of judges. This round of competition is composed of the top candidates from the preliminary round. The winning candidates will represent Texas in April at the national Business Professionals of America competition in Chicago, Illinois.
